Due to concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, Cornerstone inspectors will only allow buyers listed on our agreement and their agent to attend the inspection. No one else will be permitted in the home during the inspection (this includes children, parents, extended family, and contractors)
We recommend for you to bring your own mask and limit the amount of contact with items inside of the home. Please do not attend the inspection if you have any cold or flu-like symptoms.
Additionally, Cornerstone is only accepting credit card payments for any and all inspection fees. Thank you for your understanding.
